A deck oven is one of the two major varieties of ovens found in most professional kitchens and is used primarily for bread baking. Commercial deck ovens are available in a variety of sizes, but all of them allow you to rapidly and evenly bake your customer’s food. Ideal for businesses that require freshly baked items, these deck ovens are also great for roasting meats and making pizzas. The oven deck and compartment are designed to provide consistent even heat. Some models are available with several decks stacked within the same unit, each with individual temperature controls, which allows you to bake different items on each deck.
