Cobblestone Ovens was incorporated in the State of Illinois in 1982 by Karl Heina after 28 years with Middleby Marshall. Barbara Heina, daughter-in-law, joined in 1983 and is now President.

We specialize in large commercial baking ovens with a particular specialty in Middleby Marshall/Cutler/Oven Works Revolving Tray Ovens.

We recondition, install, remove, service, and manufacture parts, including burner systems and our own patented removable bushing boss assembly.

As a family owned business we have no intentions of going anywhere and have developed an excellent reputation over the last 24 years for being responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable.
