Model 739 MINI
The Revent 739 Mini Rack Oven is a computer controlled
rotating mini oven and proofer with 100 programs. As a gas oven
it has an 8 pan capacity, total convection control system, steam
system, auto damper burner & vent package, and runs at 55,000 BTU.
As a proofer it has a 16 pan capacity, temperature control and the
revent air wash system.
