Preventative Maintenance
A
reality of life is that mechanical equipment wears down and sometimes
fails. But at Cobblestone Ovens we know how to minimize the
potenatial for failure and avoid undue wear. An equipment
evaluation, conducted by our technical experts, can help ensure the
longevity of your oven equipment. This evaluation is just part of
our total Preventative Maintenance Program, which affords our customers
budget planning, regular maintenance of their existing equipment and
emergency service calls billed at normal working hour rates.
Here's how it works:
All equipment at each of your locations is inventoried to create a
full and exact database.
A thorough evaluation of each unit is
then made to determine its status with regard to the following:
- Safety Factors
- Structural Features
- Energy Efficiency
- Cosmetic Appearance
- Mechanical Operation
This evaluation will be conducted during a no-peak period in order to minimize any disruption to the operation of your business. Upon completion of the evaluation a written report will be forwarded with findings and recommendations. A follow up meeting will be scheduled for 2 weeks later in order to determine specific actions to be completed.
After the recommended work is completed, we will provide you with a quotation to determine monthly, quarterly or bi-annual programs for you to choose from. Customers who fully participate in our Preventative Maintenance Program will not be subject to overtime rates for emergency calls or maintenance work. They will be billed at normal workday rates for all work done.
