| That's why Cobblestone Ovens offers
Emergency Services to our customers. We have factory-trained
technicians strategically located around the Chicago Metropolitan area
that can be telephone/pager dispatched to minimize your down time. Our
technicians carry significant inventories of replacement parts in
their trucks. Our normal working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, so please note that overtime rates will apply for our Emergency Services that take place on evenings, weekends, and holidays, unless you are signed up for our Preventative Maintenance Program (see link to the left). And remember, if you're not in the Chicago area, we can still ship emergency parts directly to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, often on a same day basis.
