with large mechanical ovens means that there is always the potential
for things to go wrong. But when your business depends upon your
ovens you need a partner you can trust to get things running smoothly
again as quickly as possible.
That's why Cobbleston Ovens offers Emergency Services to our customers. We have factory-trained technicians strategically located around the Chicago Metropolitan area that can be telephone/pager dispatched to minimize your downtime. Our technicians carry significant inventories of replacement parts in their trucks.
Our normal working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, so please note that overtime rates will apply for emergency services that take place on evenings, weekends and holidays. You can avoid this by signing up for our Preventative Maintenance Program.
And remember, if you're not in the Chicago area, we can still ship emergency parts directly to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And we can do this often on a same day basis.
