About Cobblestone

Cobblestone Ovens was incorporated in the state of Illinois in 1982 by Karl Heina after 28 years with Middleby Marshall.  Barbara Heina, daughter-in-law, joined in 1983 and is now President of the company.

Specialization

We specialize in large commercial baking ovens with particular focus on Middleby Marshall, Cutler and Oven Works Revolving Tray Ovens.

Services

We recondition, install, remove, service and manufacture parts, including burner systems and our own patented removable bushing boss assembly.  In addition to our base services, we also offer many of the accessories and accoutrements necessary for today's bakeries.
